Due
to the myriad differences that a site developer must track
in each of the available engines, it is very difficult to
reach a reasonable ranking in many search engines without
very good up-front design organization of a site. For those
sites that have already been designed, the task becomes
more difficult, as the developer must retrofit the necessary
keywords to match with the overall layout of the page.
There
are plenty of "submission" services on the web.
A customer can generally have a submission service post
one to ten pages to many search engines. However, the customer
does not gain any value-added services from these providers.
The customer must do all of the research and legwork to
code the pages with the correct keywords. The customer must
cull through many available listing services that the submission
providers keep in their databases. Additionally, ranking
reports that provide statistics on the page's location in
the index are costly, if provided at all.

can provide value-added services for both site indexing
and ranking. We maintain an up-to-date reference of the
changes that the top search engines make in their algorithms.
Due to "spamming" practices of some developers
and continual changes in technology, the search engines
frequently change their algorithms. This can cause a site
to drop dramatically in the listing. SS can help you get
listed in the search engines and implement strategies to
raise your ranking in those engines. We also provide detailed
ranking reports as a part of our package.

This
option provides a good starting point for customers
who do not have many pages that require specific listings
in the search engines and directories, and/or customers
who need a cost effective method to test the efficacy
of search engine listings. It provides a basic pathway
for potential customers to access the storefront of
your site. Services include:
- Consultation
with customer to facilitate the process of keyword
generation for 2 URLs (pages).
- Provide
general strategies for improved ranking in the search
engines and directories.
- Strategic
placement of keyword sets to provide maximum visibility
in search engines.
- Index
2 URLs in at least 10 handpicked search engines
and directories, including the "Top 5"
search engines.
**Note
- We will index your site in as many engines that
find relevant to your site's theme. We select
from over 400 possible engines and directories.
- 2
custom ranking reports that investigate at least
3 top search engines and provide detailed information
on exact ranking location of both your site and
competitors that maintain similar listings. The
first report will be sent within 90 days** of initial
indexing. The second report will be sent within
60 days of the first report. The second report is
a follow-up report to help you decide if site indexing
maintenance and/or update is required.
- At
the time of the first report, at least one
of the URLs should appear in the top 40 listings
on at least one of the top search engines (based
on keywords chosen by the client and SiteSolver).
Guarantee -if at least one URL does not rank
in the top 40 listings on at least one of the top
search engines , SS will provide 1 free consultation,
restructuring, and re-indexing of the URLs.
**Note
- Some search engines take as long as 2 to 3 months
to index a site. For this reason, our first report
may take 90 days.

This
option includes all of the features of the Basic package
and the following changes or additions:
- Consultation

generation for 10 URLs (pages).
- Index
10 URLs in at least 10 handpicked search engines
and directories, including the "Top 5"
search engines.
- 8
custom ranking reports that investigate 3 top
search engines and provide detailed information
on exact ranking location of both your site and
competitors that maintain similar listings. The
first report will be sent within 90 days of initial
indexing. The second report will be sent within
60 days of the first report. The subsequent 4 reports
will be sent on a 30-day cycle. The second and subsequent
reports are follow-ups to help you decide if site
indexing maintenance and/or update is required.
- At
the time of the first report, at least one
of the URLs should appear in the top 40 listings
on at least one of the top search engines (based
on keywords chosen by the client and SiteSolver.
Guarantee -if at least one URL does not rank
in the top 40 listings on at least one of the top
search engines , SS will provide 1 free consultation,
restructuring, and re-indexing of the 3 most important
URLs on the site.

Maintenance

Search
engines are continually updating their structure and
algorithms, it is necessary to perform maintenance
checks and updates. Usually, this requires some reorganization
of the keywords and/or page text, and a re-index of
those pages that are changed. After initial indexing
and issuance of the subsequent ranking reports, SiteSolver
recommends that its customers check their site ranking
on a quarterly basis. Services include:
- 1
initial ranking report and consultation based on
findings of initial report. Note: If initial report
is satisfactory, there is only a $50.00 charge.
- Reorganization
and re-indexing of the 2 most important URLs.
- 1
subsequent ranking report to determine effects of
changes and re-indexing.
- 1
free reorganization and re-indexing of the 2 most
important URLs, if one of them does not appear in
the top 40 listings on one of the top 3 search engines.
